In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the taro28 website at https://taro28.cam, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a taro28 account.
• "Account" refers to the registered account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Wallet Balance" refers to the total IDR funds held in a Player's taro28 account, including deposited funds and credited bonus amounts as separately earmarked.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to deposited funds that have cleared all wagering requirements and are available for withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits granted by taro28 that remain subject to rollover conditions.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery) draw, or any other market available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by taro28 before processing withdrawals or verifying accounts.
• "Rollover" / "Turnover Requirement" refers to the minimum total wagering amount a Player must achieve before a bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

By creating an account on taro28, logging into an existing account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Acceptance is also implied by any use of taro28's promotional offers or customer support services.

taro28 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of taro28 following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

To register and maintain an active account on taro28, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

2. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the taro28 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — regardless of the email address, device, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. taro28 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify taro28 immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised.

taro28 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

taro28 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players prior to processing any withdrawal request. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — may also be triggered by unusual account activity, large deposit volumes, or as part of routine compliance reviews.

You may be requested to provide any of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, Passport, or SIM driving license).
• Proof of residential address in Indonesia (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document.

Failure to provide the requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality on your account. taro28 reserves the right to permanently close accounts where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed.

taro28 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the receiving taro28 account may be suspended.
• taro28 does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits credited to your account are non-refundable once wagering activity has commenced on those funds.
• taro28 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds for deposits exceeding Rp 50.000.000 in any rolling 30-day period.

Deposit processing times are typically instant for e-wallet transfers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and between 1–15 minutes for local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri and others), subject to interbank transfer windows.

Withdrawals from your taro28 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal is Rp 50.000.000 per transaction; higher amounts require prior approval from the taro28 Finance team.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name, matching the name on your taro28 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts will have withdrawals held pending documentation review.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 6 hours (WIB business hours). Withdrawals requested outside standard banking hours may be processed on the next business day.
• taro28 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend the processing period by up to 5 business days in exceptional circumstances.
• Any bonus balance that has not yet met the applicable rollover requirement is not eligible for withdrawal and will not be included in the withdrawal amount.

taro28 will not be liable for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider's processing systems, public holidays, or technical outages beyond our control.

taro28 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and special event promotions tied to occasions such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major sporting events like the FIFA World Cup and Piala AFF.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Rollover Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum turnover requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to rollover requirements. Slots (including slot gacor — high-RTP slot titles) typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate; some games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering.
• Minimum Odds: For sportsbook bonuses, wagers must be placed at minimum odds as specified in the relevant promotion. Bets placed below the minimum odds threshold will not count toward the rollover requirement.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated rollover requirements expire within the time limit specified for each promotion. Expired bonus balances are automatically forfeited without compensation.

Bonuses are offered at taro28's sole discretion. taro28 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All bets placed on the taro28 sportsbook are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the sport-specific rules published on the Platform:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is generated by the Platform. A bet that does not produce a reference number has not been successfully placed.
• taro28 offers Asian handicap markets (commonly known in Indonesia as voor bola), 1X2, over/under, correct score, first goalscorer, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) wagers across BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and all other covered competitions.
• Minimum single-bet stake: Rp 5.000. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed on the bet slip prior to confirmation.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error or technical fault affecting displayed odds, taro28 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake to the Player's wallet.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market at the time of placement. taro28 may suspend live markets at any time without prior notice, particularly during key match events such as goals, red cards, or VAR reviews.
• Match results are determined by the official result at the end of the scheduled 90 minutes of play (plus any added time) unless the market explicitly states otherwise (e.g., including extra time or penalty shootout).

• Any malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that prevents a game from completing normally will result in the voiding of the affected round and a full stake refund to the Player's wallet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the taro28 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension and may have their funds withheld pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, access game outcomes in advance, or gain any unfair advantage over other Players or the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities to generate profit. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void and forfeited.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any form of collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate outcomes.
• Bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of welcome offers across multiple accounts, coordinated wagering to clear rollover requirements with minimal risk, or any strategy designed primarily to extract bonus value rather than engage in genuine recreational gaming.
• Using taro28 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. taro28 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious financial activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Conducting chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes on deposits with your bank or e-wallet provider without first attempting to resolve the matter with taro28 support.

taro28 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• A Player self-excluding through the taro28 Responsible Gaming tools.
• A Player being identified as at risk of problem gambling, in which case taro28 may proactively restrict access as part of its duty of care obligations.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of Terms, taro28 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, the verified real money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 10 business days of account closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taro28 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered on it.
• Any error, delay, or omission in the transmission of data between the Player and the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to a Player's account due to the Player's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Losses resulting from the Player's reliance on information, statistics, or data displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves inaccurate.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, or goodwill arising in connection with the use of the taro28 Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits taro28's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. taro28 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any of its features.

taro28 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including your name, date of birth, address, and payment details — is used solely for account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes. taro28 does not sell personal data to third parties.

Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to taro28's legal obligations to retain certain records. Data retention and deletion requests should be submitted to [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which taro28 holds its operating license. taro28 operates under an internationally recognized gaming regulatory framework.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and taro28, the following resolution procedure applies:

1. Step 1 — Internal Resolution: The Player must first submit a written complaint to the taro28 customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. taro28 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours (WIB) and aim to resolve the matter within 10 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal resolution process, the dispute may be escalated to taro28's senior compliance team. The Player will be notified of the escalation outcome within a further 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — Arbitration: If the matter remains unresolved following Step 2, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body designated by taro28's operating license authority. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

taro28 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice posted prominently on the Platform and, where practicable, via email to the registered address on the Player's account.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you disagree with any amended Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Clause 12. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
